With 20+ years of IT consulting and staffing experience, Kim has played a pivotal role in Bayforce’s development since joining in 1997. Championing and standardizing best practices throughout our organization, Kim has helped develop our candidate qualification process, consultant relationship management and support, and our rapid delivery of consulting expertise. She has worked in the SAP ecosystem from the early R/3 days and assists our current SAP customers with their S/4 journeys utilizing her deep network within the SAP space. Kim also spearheads our Salesforce partnership and practice and provides Salesforce expertise and oversight to our clients’ projects.
