Mike began his SAP journey 30 years ago with Accenture engaging in large system integration projects. Later joining a national staffing firm to spearhead an SAP practice during the onset of the R/3 revolution, Bayforce’s culture is the fusion of these experiences. Mike is always focused on the Client’s success by driving continuous improvement, quality process definition, and creative problem solving. By empowering the company to be razor focused on our Client’s needs, Bayforce continues to evolve and develop multi-faceted core competencies in the SAP ecosystem and leading Cloud technologies.

Mike Mohrhusen, Sr. Vice President

With over 25+ years of Consulting and staffing experience. Mike knowledge of SAP spans from the R/3 days to today’s HANA and SAP cloud technologies. He knows one solution doesn’t fit all and drives the Bayforce team to customized SAP solutions to fit our Client’s needs. Mike runs Bayforce’s sales and operations teams on a cornerstone belief that client success can’t happen without a solid relationship and taking responsibility in issue management.

Kim Snow, Sr. Vice President

With 20+ years of IT consulting and staffing experience, Kim has played a pivotal role in Bayforce’s development since joining in 1997. Championing and standardizing best practices throughout our organization, Kim has helped develop our candidate qualification process, consultant relationship management and support, and our rapid delivery of consulting expertise. She has worked in the SAP ecosystem from the early R/3 days and assists our current SAP customers with their S/4 journeys utilizing her deep network within the SAP space. Kim also spearheads our Salesforce partnership and practice and provides Salesforce expertise and oversight to our clients’ projects. With a customer-first focus, Kim ensures are clients and consultants always get the support they need!
