Yes. Bayforce manages all required screenings, verifications, and onboarding compliance—including background checks, credentialing, and tax/legal employment status reviews (W-2/C2C/1099). We also do identity verification and location verification during onboarding.
Contract – Ideal for project-based work or interim roles. We provide seasoned consultants who deliver results from day one.
Contract-to-Hire – A fast and flexible way to onboard talent with the option to convert them to full-time employees later. This is often used as a courtesy to clients who want to retain system knowledge post-project.
Team-Based Delivery – For larger initiatives, we can deploy full teams including Project Managers, Functional Leads, Developers, and SMEs.
Staff Augmentation & Advisory – Whether you need a single expert or ongoing advisory support, we tailor our approach to fit your environment and timeline.
Part-Time / As-Needed – Ideal for fractional support or flexible consulting needs. Engage a consultant only when required, whether that’s a few hours a week or on a project milestone basis.
Contract and contract-to-hire roles are typically filled within 72 hours to 1 week, depending on complexity and our customer’s ability to onboard. Our curated network of pre-vetted consultants enables us to act quickly without sacrificing quality.
Contract-to-hire allows for fast onboarding while giving you the option to retain a consultant full-time after the project concludes. It’s a flexible, low-risk path for long-term knowledge retention, offered as a courtesy to our clients.
